Wild Zora Paleo Jerky… With Vegetables?

Wild Zora BarDo you like beef jerky? Why not get your greens while you’re at it?

That’s what Zora was thinking when she came up with idea for Wild Zora Beef and Veggie Bars. She wanted a healthy snack for her family that didn’t contain the high amount of sugar that other packaged snacks typically have.

And many beef jerky products contain nitrates, preservatives, msg and a high amount of salt. Zora wanted to avoid those ingredients as well, especially if her family was going to eat these foods on a regular basis. All ingredients in her snacks are natural – including being grass fed beef jerky.

Even though we are now seeing a growing number of paleo protein bars that do not contain “sugar” as an ingredient, there are very few jerky snacks that area all-natural and that go beyond just meat.

The thing is that if you are a jerky eater, snacks can become boring quite quickly if they have limited ingredients and seasonings. If you want to stick to a healthy snack plan, your best chance of success is to have variety.

What I Like About Wild Zora Paleo Jerky:

The bars are thin and pack a ton of nutrition (including 8-9 grams of protein) into just 55 calories per bar (there are 2 bars per package). If you are looking for a low-calorie, low-carb snack that doesn’t short you on nutrients, I think you’ll like this paleo jerky.

It’s also gluten-free, soy-free, nut-free and dairy-free. Check out the flavor options and ingredients listed below the video. By the way, you can find out more about this “out-of-the-box” company here.
